There was much discussion on this subject by the meeting. It has been noted that in some cases current members have not been seen in the past year and had not attended meetings. Secretary Alan will now monitor the membership forms and will personally interview all new members as to their attendance capability.

MYNA BIRD TRAPS: Cliff Maynard moved a vote of thanks to the crew who have been making these traps over the past year. We are now well in excess of 60 units and still the cheapest in the Shoalhaven.

There being no further business, the meeting closed at 11.45 a.m. and President Graham invited those in attendance to the lunch barbecue.
