MINUTES OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD AT THE SHED
ON MONDAY 12TH APRIL 2010.
President Graham opened the meeting at 12.30 p.m. after a lunch barbecue attended by 18 members with invited guest, Mr. Matt Brown, member for Kiama.
Present: As per the Attendance Book - 18 members.
Apologies: C. Chambers, N. Alfonso.
Life Member Cliff rang to apologise from his home on the Gold Coast, Queensland, and hoped he may be able to attend a meeting this current Shed year - he asked that his felicitations be conveyed to all.
Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting were read by the Secretary and confirmed on the motion of B, Molyneux seconded W. Owens. CARRIED
Business Arising: Nil.
Treasurer's Report for the year April 2009 to March 2010 was circulated to the meeting and is attached to these Minutes.
It was moved by R. Steingrube, seconded W. Owens, that the Treasurer's Report be received.
CARRIED.
Election of Officers.
President Graham declared all positions vacant and asked Ben Patten to take the Chair and conduct the election of officers. There being only one nominee for each position, Returning Officer Ben declared the following members elected for 2010/11.

President Bill thanked Ben and took the Chair.
Annual Dues remain the same as last year - $5 due today and with 30th June the cut off period.
Change of Annual Meeting Date.
It was moved by K. Merrifield, seconded G. Russell, the Annual General Meeting be moved to the first Monday in July to comply with the end of the financial year.

There being no further business relating to the Annual General Meeting, President Bill closed the meeting at 1.00 p.m.
