We get the cheque for $4000 Everyone is happy
Work Starts on our first extension Pouring the concrete base
The base is nearly finished The members start work on the building
Even our local Federal MP Joanna (Joe) Gash turns up to lend a hand. 4 days and the frames are up.Not bad for a bunch of Old Blokes.
The roof goes up next Then the walls are insulated
Then the outside Colourbond cladding Nearly there, looks like we need a door
And a new window And we now have the new extension completed

No sooner as we moved into our new extension that the membership started to climb and the
general complaint was we need more room.So back to the drawing board and we started
the process of raising the capital for another extension to house storage of timber and donated goods..

The start of the Storage Shed 300 x 300 footing could hold up a Nuclear Power Station
Looks like a solid base anyway All inspected and ready for the concrete
Thanks to PVB Concreting it was laid in quick time Waiting for the concrete to go off, like watching paint dry.
Work starts on getting the frame up. Graham, Bill, up the ladder and Cliff holding his pants up.
Soon as the Camera comes out Bill makes like a worker. Bill London, Graham and Bill Owen installing the roof beams & batterns.
Cliff still holding up his pants.
The framework is up. Time to start fitting the roof covering.
Cliff Chambers fitting the wall covering and flashing his builders crack. A quick touch up with paint
And we are ready to move in,

after we get approval of course.
