MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD AT THE SHED
ON WEDNESDAY 1ST JULY 2009
President Graham opened the meeting at 12.15 p.m.
Present: As per Attendance Book - 17 members.
Apologies: C. Williams, T. Aspin, J. Davis, R. Harlow, K. Merrifield, B. Molyneux, P. Bounds and A. Webb.
Minutes: It was moved by R. Randall, seconded C. Pennells, that the minutes as circulated be confirmed.

Correspondence In:
Shoalhaven City Council - re funding for picnic shelters - to be advised;
Shoalhaven City Council - Tourism Board - Picnic Shelter funding - approved.
Shoalhaven City Council - N.R.M.A. Helping People Awards.
Glen Elliott, Parks Officer - Safety and Noise Control.
Correspondence Out: Nil.
It was moved by A. Foster, seconded B. Owens, that the correspondence be received.
Business Arising from Correspondence:
Awaiting advice and new financial year.
Picnic Shelter funding approved - timber and iron to be bought.
Helping People Awards - No action - too late receiving application.
Glen Elliott - Filed with all papers relating to Picnic Shelters.
REPORTS
Treasurer: In his absence, K. Merrifield's report was circulated by the Acting Secretary and is attached to these minutes in the Minute Book. It was also advised that we have received a cheque for $2570 to buy materials for picnic shelters.
Bomaderry Bowling Club advised that we will receive $4000 from the C.D.S.E. funding. Hand over will be at their Club with their Board Members present on a date to be advised.
Shed Manager: No report received.

GENERAL BUSINESS
" Members' personal project plastic boxes are now available at $10 cost price from Treasurer or Secretary. Members are advised to use these and refrain from littering benches at close of day. Longer timber may be strung together (string in filing cabinet) and marked with Textas (on desk - please put back).
" Secretary advises that Bomaderry D.I.Y. Hardware has received our credit application and it is now O.K. to use. All purchases MUST be accompanied by a requisition docket (filing cabinet) - print your name on docket and return docket with sales slip stapled and place on Secretary's spike.
There being no further business, the meeting was closed at 1.05 p.m.
