It was moved by K. Merrifield, seconded D. Pollock, that the resignations be recorded in the Minutes.
REPORTS Treasurer's Report was as circulated at the Annual General Meeting. Shed Manager: Considering that so much work is being carried out for the extension, the premises are relatively clear. Project Manager: Only about three or four jobs to be cleared this coming month with Alan Mulley's request a priority. Fund Raising: A very good report on the Red Cross markets when we conducted a food stall.
It was raised by Secretary Alan that Fund Raising Officer Allan appoint a committee of 5 including himself as Chairman to be called the Catering Committee. He should take a committee member under his wing each event to assist him and learn what has to be done at these barbecues in order to take some responsibility.
Equipment Officer: Hopes that with the completion of the social and administrative annexe, he may be able to get our equipment properly sorted and disbursed within the Shed.
It was moved by K. Merrifield, seconded R. Steingrube, that the reports be received.
