REPORTS
President Bill thanked those that had attended both meetings and invited all to our lunch.

Treasurer. As per the 2011 Annual Financial Statement.

Shed Manager. All is well. Timber in trailer will be sorted this week and Christmas signs work will start again.

Project Manager. Almost all the workbook cleared up.

Tool Maintenance.
Ben reported that sorting would need to be carried out as soon as possible as we have an abundance of duplicated tools. New equipment has been purchased from Bunnings including sash clamps, oscillating saw, F clamps, pencils and tapes; also a 5/16 roofing screw socket.

Fund Raising.
A. Foster reported that although there was a lack of stalls at the Red Cross June Markets, our food stall recorded a remarkable return with almost no waste at all. He also informed the meeting that the Red Cross will suspend the June Market leaving only Easter and October, although there may be another in January. Some discussion took place on other venues such as Bunnings and Berry Markets. These avenues may be pursued at a later date, if viable and needed.

It was moved by J. Cook, seconded R. Randall, that the reports be accepted. CARRIED

Preschool Spring Fete.
Shed Sub Committee - K. Merrifield, B. Patten, B. Owens and A. Webb to check on what is available for sale and discuss with Preschool for any further involvement of the Shed. Our members may have private tables for sale.

Secretary's Note. Members are reminded that Annual Subscriptions of $10 are now due; receipts will be issued at the Shed.

There being no further business, President Bill closed the meeting at 11.10 a.m.

The next meeting will be held on Monday 1st August 2011 - BARBECUE AT 11 A.M. AND MEETING AT NOON.
