REPORTS
President Bill thanked those members who gave their time to the completion of the new addition. Treasurer's Report was circulated to the meeting by the Secretary in the Treasurer's absence and is attached to these Minutes in the Minute Book.
Shed Manager - Very pleased with result and hoped that it would not be long before the rest is tidied up.
Project Manager. We have only a few jobs to be looked at. Ray did however emphasise the importance of communicating with him when putting jobs in the book. He will check each Monday morning.
Tool Maintenance Manager. Having been promoted to a new title, this manager is looking forward to the Tool Maintenance Programme.
Fund Raising. Allan F. gave an account of the recent Red Cross Market and sent a sheet around for names to be added for the Bowling Club Markets on July 31st.
Shed Addition Project. Graham R. brought the meeting up to date with the finer points of the new addition. He has almost completed the new kitchen bench and only requires the plumber's attention to have the kitchen running smoothly. Air conditioner unit is in place and working well. Attention is needed when running the unit as it only takes a while to warm up or cool down the room.
Secretary Alan thanked those members who brought the office furniture from storage and set up whilst he was away. He also commented on the fine job that Graham R. has done on the kitchen. It will now be much easier for smooth administration and catering.
It was moved by Nelson A., seconded Richard S., that the reports be accepted. CARRIED
GENERAL BUSINESS
" Skip. It was moved by G. Russell, seconded R. Plumb, that a 3-sq.metre skip be ordered from Cleanaway for a fee of $145. CARRIED
" Tap. Secretary Alan asked if a secure tap would be installed at the outside sink. Plumber will fix this.
" Urn. Our current electric urn is leaking. Secretary to price new one. B. Molyneux could have one to give the Shed.
" Air Conditioner Cage. President Bill will look into this as the compressor is outside and a cage would be appropriate.
There being no further business, President Bill closed the meeting at 1.30 p.m.
The next meeting will be held on Monday 2nd August - barbecue at 11.30 a. m. and meeting at 12.30 p.m.
